What is Yogalates?
Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. It combines the relaxation and flexibility training of yoga with the muscle strength and core strength training of Pilates. This mixed practice can provide a comprehensive body workout and also helps to improve physical and mental health.

Am I suitable to join?

Yogalates is suitable for people of all fitness levels and experiences. Whether you are a beginner to yoga or someone with extensive workout experience, you can participate. It is especially suitable for those who want to improve core strength, increase flexibility, and improve body balance and posture.

What do we do in class?

Yogalates classes typically include warm-up exercises, yoga and Pilates movements, deep breathing exercises, as well as relaxation and meditation practices. These movements and practices can help strengthen muscle strength, improve flexibility, improve body balance and posture, and reduce stress and anxiety.
