Important Class Policies and Package Terms and Conditions
⚠️ Please be sure to read all terms carefully before purchasing a package.
All terms will be updated from time to time. In case of any dispute, the latest version published on this page shall prevail. Please take note. (Last updated: Dec 16, 2025)
📅 Class Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (Late Cancel):

Any cancellation made within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered a Late Cancel and the corresponding Credits/class count will be deducted.

To change to another class on the same day, please process the change via WhatsApp before the original class begins.
- Late cancellations cannot be waived unless you provide a doctor's note with the lesson day; All other reasons will not be accepted.
Late Arrival:
-
Students who are more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the classroom, to avoid disrupting other students and the class schedule.

Students are advised to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes early to prepare.
Liability Waiver:

Students must sign the Liability Waiver on the Yoga Senses & Pilates App.

The studio reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if the waiver has not been signed.
Class Changes:

The class timetable, types, and instructor arrangements are subject to adjustment from time to time based on operational needs.

Please regularly check email/SMS notifications and refer to the class schedule on the Yoga Senses & Pilates App for the most accurate information.
🎫 Package Usage Terms
1. Payment, Refund, and Transfer

All payments (including trial classes and packages) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Strictly Prohibited: Transfer, Loan, or Sharing of Accounts: If a student is found to have transferred, loaned, or shared their account without authorisation, the studio reserves the right to immediately cancel all remaining Credits/classes without refund or further notice.

Package Effective Date: The effective date for both trial classes and packages is calculated starting from the day of the first booked class.
2. Waitlist Policy

Each class has 5 Waitlist Spots.

Successful waitlist placements will be notified via email or SMS no later than 3 hours before the class starts. Students must pay attention to these notifications.

Cancelling Waitlist: If you decide not to attend the class, please cancel your waitlist spot through the App at least 12 hours before the class starts.

Regardless of the waitlist outcome, if you cancel a successful booking less than 12 hours after receiving the waitlist confirmation notification, it will be treated as a Late Cancel.
3. Extension and Special Circumstances
General Extension Application (Applicable only to unexpired packages):

To apply for an extension, please notify the studio in writing before your package expiration date.

If a student purchases a new package while holding an existing, unexpired package with remaining Credits/class counts, a maximum of 10 Credits / 2 classes (Pilates packages) can be transferred to the new package.

Students who do not hold another package but wish to extend the expiration date must notify the studio via WhatsApp and complete payment before the original package expiration date:

HK$500 —— 1-month extension (once)

HK$800 —— 2-month extension (once)
-
No refunds will be given for any remaining Credits/classes.
Extension or Transfer due to Special Circumstances (Pregnancy/Injury):

If the reason for the extension is a physical special circumstance (e.g., pregnancy or injury), the student must submit relevant written proof (e.g., doctor's note or pregnancy certificate) to apply.

The studio may, at its discretion, approve a transfer or extension, but no refunds will be offered. Applications without the required proof will not be accepted.
✈️ 2026 Package Extension Benefit

In 2026, students who present a "valid" personal air ticket in their name may apply via WhatsApp to extend their activated Yoga / Pilates package by the number of days specified on the air ticket.
Application Limits:

A maximum extension of 2 weeks (14 days) per application.

A maximum of 2 applications per person per year.
Definition and Requirements of a "Valid" Personal Air Ticket:
-
A "valid" personal air ticket refers to an individual flight ticket that has not yet departed.
-
The application must be submitted before the departure date. Already departed tickets or other forms of transport documentation (e.g., High-speed rail, ferry tickets, through-train tickets are not applicable) will not be accepted.

The name on the air ticket must match the student's name.

The extension duration will be calculated based on the actual number of travel days on the air ticket (e.g., a 4-day trip can be extended by 4 days; a 16-day trip can be extended by a maximum of 14 days).

Only one active package can be extended per application.
Application Method and Deadline:

The application must be processed via WhatsApp 98810801 before the departure date.
-
The departure date on the air ticket must be on or before December 31, 2026.
-
This offer ends on December 31, 2026, and applications must be submitted by this date.
