Our yoga classes offer a diverse selection, now divided into three main categories—Basic & Gentle, Active & Dynamic, and Specialized—designed to meet your physical and mental wellness needs.

      Basic & Gentle

These classes are ideal for beginners and those looking to reduce stress, achieve deep relaxation, and restore the body:

      • Yoga For Beginners / Hatha Yoga: Suitable for first-timers, emphasizing foundational strength, correct alignment, and building a regular practice habit.

      • Full Body Stretch / Candlelight Stretch: Aimed at increasing flexibility, easing muscle tension, and promoting deep mental and physical relaxation (especially in a calm, scented environment).

      • Back Care / Myofascial Release Therapy: Focuses on gentle movements or use of props to relieve lower back pain and release deep fascial tension caused by prolonged sitting.

      • Chair Yoga / Singing Bowl x Yoga Therapy: Utilizes chair support for safe practice or combines gentle yoga with sound healing frequencies for inner balance and deep rest.

      Active & Dynamic

These sessions build strength, endurance, and coordination through rhythmic flows and dynamic strength sequences:

      • Vinyasa Flow / Inside Flow: Combines breath with movement to create continuous, fluid, and energy-building sequences.

      • Body Toning Yoga / Mat Pilates: Focused on strengthening and sculpting muscle groups across the entire body, enhancing core strength and endurance.

      • Universal Yoga: Integrates multiple yoga traditions, emphasizing multi-directional movement and achieving balance through integration.

      Specialized

These courses utilize specific props or target particular body areas and advanced techniques, bringing new challenge and breakthroughs to your practice:

      • Shoulders & Chest Opening / Hips and Hamstrings: Targeted classes to improve flexibility in specific areas, correct posture (like rounded shoulders), and release deep-seated tension.

      • Wheel Yoga: Uses the yoga wheel as a prop to assist in deeper stretches and introduce arm balance techniques safely.

      • Progression (Arm Balance / Inversion / Backbend): Dedicated classes that systematically build the strength, stability, and technique required for advanced poses.

      • Aerial Yoga (Beginners/Lv1/Spinning Hammock) / Aerial Loop: Utilizes the hammock or loop for inversions, core training, and graceful, challenging aerial movement.

All courses utilize controlled movements to elevate your core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, thereby improving your posture and overall athletic performance.

For detailed descriptions, specific focus areas, and intensity ratings for each class, please refer to Yoga Class Types.
