Your first class will begin with a warm welcome from your instructor, who will check in about any injuries or concerns. We'll start with a gentle warm-up, move through the main practice with clear guidance and modifications for beginners, and end with a relaxing cool-down. Our instructors pay special attention to new students, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported throughout. Expect to leave feeling energized, relaxed, and accomplished!

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend fitted athletic wear like leggings or yoga pants and a breathable top. Avoid overly loose clothing that might get in the way during inversions or certain poses. Students are required to wear grip socks for pilates reformer classes.

Just bring yourself and an open mind! We provide everything you need including yoga mats, pilates equipment, props, and filtered water. If you prefer to use your own mat, you're welcome to bring it. We recommend bringing a water bottle and arriving 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get familiar with the studio.

Absolutely not! Our instructors are trained to work with students of all levels and will provide modifications to suit your current fitness level. We offer beginner-friendly classes like Gentle Yoga, Beginner Vinyasa, and Reformer Pilates Foundations that are perfect for your first yoga/ pilates experience.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to meet your instructor, familiarize yourself with the studio layout and facilities, and settle in without feeling rushed. For subsequent classes, arriving 5-10 minutes early is sufficient. This also ensures you don't miss the important warm-up portion of class!

Yes! We provide all necessary equipment at no extra cost, including premium yoga mats, blocks, and all pilates reformer equipment. Our mats and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but it's completely optional. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to try your first class!

For yoga beginners, we recommend starting with Gentle Yoga, Beginner Vinyasa, or Yin Yoga. These classes move at a slower pace with detailed instruction on proper alignment and breathing. For pilates beginners, try our Reformer Pilates Foundations classes. Most of our classes welcome beginners with modifications offered throughout!

Yes! Our Reformer Pilates Foundations class is designed for beginners. The reformer machine provides support and resistance, helping you learn proper form and alignment with immediate feedback. Your instructor will guide you through safe equipment setup and movement patterns.

Trial packages include access to multiple classes (depending on the package you choose) across our four Hong Kong locations, use of all studio equipment and amenities, and access to changing facilities. You'll also receive personalized guidance from instructors plus recommendations for your continued practice. Trials are valid for 1 month from purchase, giving you time to explore different class styles and schedules.

Booking a class is very simple! Download the Yoga Senses & Pilates app from the App Store or Google Play, create your account, select your preferred trial package, browse the available classes by location and time, and then reserve your spot. You can also book directly through our website at Class Schedules. Payment is processed securely through the app or website. For any questions, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.

After successfully purchasing the package on the website, you will receive a WhatsApp message from us.

Depending on the trial package you purchase, you can attend classes at four Yoga Senses & Pilates locations: Kwun Tong, Lai Chi Kok, Quarry Bay, Central and Causeway Bay. Simply book your desired class through the app. Discover our studio locations.

Trial packages cannot be extended or repurchased, as they are one-time introductory offers for new students. If you need more time to explore classes before committing, we suggest a class package for added flexibility. Our team is happy to help you choose the option that fits your routine.
