This 30-Hour course will guide you in mastering the art of yoga asana adjustments, enabling you to build deeper teacher-student connections and elevate your teaching.

This course will enable you to:

  • Safely guide students to achieve optimal alignment and deeper stretches.
  • Develop precise tactile intuition, mastering the timing of assistance and understanding the “why,” “when,” and “how” of manual adjustments.
  • Enhance your ability to read different bodies, adapting flexibly to individual needs, applicable to both group and private classes.
  • Foster deeper teacher-student connections through asana adjustment techniques.

      Kamal Mani is the Program Director and Lead Trainer of this Training Programme. He started learning yoga from his father and other famous Yoga Gurus at the age of 5 and has been practicing ever since. With extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy and over 18 years of professional teaching experience in Hong Kong and India, he is committed to promoting the spirit of yoga for Body, Mind, and Spirit wellness.

      He started learning yoga from his father and other famous Yoga Guru at the age of 5and has been practicing yoga since then. He specializes in teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga.

      Besides Yoga, Master Kamal is an enthusiastic athlete. He loves running, swimming, soccer and silambam. He also holds a MA in English from Madras University in Chennai and a B.Ed. in English from Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University in Chennai.

      Master Kamal also has a unique style of understanding about yoga philosophy, and always wants students to interact with their bodies, to experience each yoga practice, and to observe the changes and progress after practice, thus integrating the consciousness and insight inspired by yoga practice into their daily lives. He always conveys the essence of Indian yoga in a simple and clear way in teaching. He is committed to promoting the spirit of yoga, so that more people can learn through yoga to obtain Body, Mind and Spirit wellness.

      • E-RYT 200, RYS Yoga Alliance 200 Hour (Manushi School of Yoga)
      • MSc in Yoga & PG Diploma Certification (Annamalai University)
      • MA in English (Madras University) & B.Ed. in English
