Our Pilates Circuit trial package includes 2 classes valid for 2 months at our Hong studio locations including Kwun Tong, Quarry Bay, and Causeway Bay. Each 60-minute class accommodates only 4 students, ensuring you receive personalized attention and real-time posture corrections from certified Pilates instructors throughout your workout.
60 Minute High Intensity Pilates Circuit
The Pilates Circuit is a dynamic 60-minute session that fuses classical Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Combo Chair) with high-intensity interval training principles. The class structure begins with a 10-minute demonstration and technique teach-in, followed by two main 20-minute circuit rounds where students rotate through the full range of equipment for a non-stop, total body workout. This structure—interspersed with a 5-minute rest and ending with a 5-minute cool-down—is specifically designed to maximize calorie burn, sculpt lean muscle, and enhance functional strength and endurance.
