This 14-week program distils the Buddha’s 2,500-year-old teachings into practical tools for daily challenges: emotions, relationships, conflict, career, and life direction. The goal: flow with life effortlessly, drop dogma and perfectionism, reclaim your authentic self, and consciously create a meaningful, joyful existence.

Course Structure

The 14-week program progresses gently from foundation to depth in three phases. Part 1 (8 days) can be taken independently as an intensive workshop. The full 14-week training qualifies as a standalone Mindfulness Teacher Training Module or a compulsory unit in the RYT500 certification program.

For the full Mindfulness Teacher Training or the RYT500 Certification, students must complete all three parts consecutively within the same calendar year without interruption.

Part 1

Foundations of Buddhism

8 Days
9-12, 16-19 Jul 2026

  • Origins and core theories of Buddhism.
  • How Buddhist theory relates to daily life.
  • Introduction to Buddhist meditation methods.

This part can be taken independently as an intensive workshop.

Part 2

Applying Buddhism in Daily Life

10 Weeks of guided self-practice
1, 15 & 29 Aug, 12 &26 Sep 2026 (Sat Evening Online Class)

  • Guided by the Satipatthana Sutta (Discourse on the Foundations of Mindfulness), themes change every two weeks.
  • Submit practice journals for personalised feedback.
  • Bi-weekly online classes for sharing experiences and individual guidance.

Part 3

Deepening Understanding & Application

10 Days
30 Sep, 4 Oct, 7-11 Oct 2026

  • Integrating ten weeks of self-study experience with the topics from Part One, allowing personal experience and teaching theory to be seamlessly combined.
  • Detailed introduction to additional Buddhist philosophies/theories.
  • Applying Buddhist theory to various areas of life, such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and fostering harmonious relationships.
  • Applying Buddhist principles in the classroom and during curriculum sequencing.

Course Details

Course Fee for Module 3: Mindfulness

Trainees can complete this module independently for personal growth and to deepen their practice. The full 14-week training qualifies as a standalone Mindfulness teacher-training module.If you are pursuing a professional yoga instructor career, this unit is a mandatory module for RYT500 certification.

Personal Development

Part 1: Foundations of Buddhism

8 Days | 9-12, 16-19 Jul 2026

Over these 8 days, we trace the Buddha’s awakening 2,500 years ago and explore core teachings (Four Noble Truths, Noble Eightfold Path, dependent origination) in an accessible way, using real-life examples to show how they apply to modern stress, emotions, and relationships. You’ll directly experience Buddhist meditation methods (shamatha & vipassana), building a solid base for weaving mindfulness into yoga and daily life.

Mindfulness Teacher Training

Complete Module 3: Mindfulness

14-week Program | Jul-Oct 2026

This course distils the Buddha’s 2,500-year-old wisdom into simple, straightforward tools that students can effectively apply to real-life challenges: emotional regulation, being at ease with oneself, conflict resolution, relationship healing, career development, and life planning.

RYT500 Advanced Training

RYT200 + 300-Hour Advanced Training: Yin Yang Yoga OR The Yogi + Mindfulness + Speak Your Truth*

Designed for RYT200-certified teachers who wish to teach and live yoga with greater authenticity and personal expression. Enrollment Requirements:

- Must already hold the Registered RYT200 Teacher Qualification recognized by Yoga Alliance (any lineage is accepted).

- Elective Modules (Choose one of two):
1) Yin Yang Yoga (Unit 1 and 3) OR
2) The Yogi + Yin Yang Yoga (Unit 3, aka the Afternoon Teaching Practice on Day 4–8)

- Mandatory Modules: Mindfulness + Speak Your Truth

Upon successful completion of all academic requirements, participants will be eligible to obtain the professional qualification of RYT500.

Understanding body uniqueness. Learn functional teaching, asana analysis, sequencing artistry, and how to adapt practices for different body structures.

Module 2 - The Yogi

30 Apr to 3 May & 6-10 May 09:00 - 18:00 (9 Days) |

Implementing the Eight Limbs of Yoga in daily life. Deep dive into the Yoga Sutras and learn to practice yoga philosophy in everyday living.

Module 4 - Speak Your Truth

To be announced | 7-days Intensive

Unleashing your true potential. Explore yourself through the chakra system, release psychological baggage, rediscover life direction, and develop your unique teaching style.
