Our Pilates Reformer classes feature a diverse design, divided into 3 main categories—General Foundations and Progressive and Advanced (Small Group)—to meet the needs of every student.
General Foundations
These sessions aim to comprehensively enhance your techniques and mobility mainly:

Beginners: An introductory class that teaches Pilates fundamentals in a supportive setting. You’ll learn key breathing, alignment, and core activation and control techniques to build a safe, solid foundation.

Posture Lab: A technique‑driven class that retrains your posture from the ground up. You’ll work on alignment, shoulder and hip positioning, and core support to stand taller and move better.

Fluid Spine: A spine‑focused session using flowing Pilates movements to improve spine articulation to mobilize & decompress your back.

Stretch & Restore: A gentle, slow-paced class that releases tension and improves flexibility. Perfect for recovery days & stress relief.
Progressive
These classes are designed to address specific fitness goals:

Full Body: A balanced Pilates session that works your entire body from head to toe. Expect a mix of strength and mobility work to leave you feeling toned, energised, and aligned.

Slim & Burn: A dynamic, faster‑paced class designed to boost your heart rate while building lean strength. Targeted sequences help you burn calories, sculpt your silhouette, and feel lighter.

Core Strength: A focused core workout to build deep abdominal strength and support your spine. Ideal if you want better stability, improved posture, and a stronger centre for everyday movement.

Glutes & Legs: A lower‑body sculpt session targeting glutes, thighs, and hips for strength and shape. Controlled Pilates movements build power and stability.
Advanced (Small Group)

Advanced Reformer: A challenging class for experienced practitioners. Complex combinations of 6-8 exercises to test your coordination, balance, and endurance while taking your practice to the next level.

Cadillac Hour: A full-body workout using the Cadillac to explore advanced strength, stretch, and control. Ideal for those wanting deeper Pilates technique with plenty of support and resistance options.

Pilates Circuit: A high-energy circuit using various Pilates equipment props. You’ll move station to station for a powerful blend of coordination, balance, strength, and endurance

The Polestar Method: Polestar movements only, good for teachers in training / students who wanna know more about the movements taught in Polestar Certification.
All courses utilize low-impact, controlled movements to elevate your core strength, flexibility, and alignment, thereby improving your posture and overall athletic performance.
